Friendly staff, helpful with detailed instructions and recommendations. Plentiful breakfast served on a lovely rooftop with a great atmosphere. Well-equipped and beautifully furnished rooms. Expensive but high-quality dinner. Upgraded to a nice room in Riad Karmela with exceptional design. Spotless and comfortable bed. Amazing rooftop during sunset. Centrally located, walking distance to main activities. Lovely staff that goes above and beyond. Good value for money. Helpful in providing maps and driving us to tour drop-off point. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, with everything super clean and the rooms beautifully furnished. The hotel facilities were great, with a fine rooftop that offered an amazing view of the city during sunset. The location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance to all the activities I wanted to try out in this city. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing me with detailed instructions and recommendations for my visit. The breakfast served on the rooftop was plentiful and had a lovely atmosphere.
